I chose this pizzeria following the advice of a friend, I later returned the second time, now I am a loyal customer because for the owner and pizza chef Luigi Angeli the dough of his pizzas is not only water yeast and flour but the fruit of study commitment and research. Without a doubt one of the best pizzas in Rimini and surrounding areas. I had the raw pizza and burrata with Roman dough, while my husband had the Diavola with wholemeal dough... both very good and the dough feels special and the ingredients are of excellent quality. The price is not cheap, but, compared to other gourmet pizzerias that I have tried, all very similar (mainly Neapolitan-style pizzas, with more or less standard dough), this is certainly the best.
We ended on a high note with an amazing cheesecake too! The environment is clean and tidy, a little small, but we had a good time. We will certainly be back! 👍
