I personally saw the owners take spring water in Valsassina to cook in their delicatessen. Two people who, even when they are tired, always give you a smile and it's not a matter of circumstance. Here I discovered the pleasure, which I have never had, of shopping. You can also sit at the tables with people you don't know, so you can then get to know them and make friends. We always greet each other, even when we see each other for the first time. More than a shop, it is a successful experiment in how to rediscover a humanity, a quality and a pleasure in living and eating that are lost today. I put it on my list of places that are changing the world.
