U'mammami restaurant is a brilliant idea from chef and owner Raffaele. The dining room is small and welcoming, where every detail is designed to evoke the local atmosphere, yet with the taste and refinement of contemporary style. The open kitchen itself is a prelude to the quality of what you'll be eating. The dishes reflect the chef's research and passion. For appetizers, we had Genoese-style tacos and one with out-of-this-world scampi tartare, as well as a sublime tagliolini timbale with rabbit and mushroom ragù. We then opted for a seafood paella, with that savory flavor that makes the sea explode in your mouth. And what about the pre-desserts: the basil ice cream with extra virgin olive oil and Maldon salt is that umami effect that stays etched in your memory. For dessert, we opted for fried pastiera ice cream and chocolate eggplant, which I would describe with one adjective: surprising.
A special mention goes to the waiter and sommelier, who accompanied our dinner with professionalism, refinement, and friendliness, helping us fully enjoy our culinary experience.

I don't usually write reviews, but this restaurant deserves it. Exceptional cuisine, a treat from start to finish, with complimentary entrées, pre-dessert, a complimentary treat, and coffee. Quick and friendly service. The place is charming, and the quality is excellent value.
We had lunch with scampi tacos, cod croquettes, seafood gnocchi with zucchini, fettuccine with mussels, pecorino cheese, and green chili peppers, and a mille-feuille with warm Strega Chantilly cream and figs. Everything was spectacular. Definitely worth it; it's always nice to be surprised by new places. Bravo to the chef!

I dined at this restaurant, discovered by chance thanks to the excellent reviews. The welcome was impeccable, with prosecco and entrées on the house. The dishes were carefully prepared and rich in flavor: the seafood risotto was excellent, and the octopus club sandwich was surprising. The fig millefeuille was simply delicious. The service was attentive and friendly. A restaurant that combines taste, elegance, and hospitality: highly recommended!

One of the best lunches I've ever had in my life. This wonderful restaurant exudes love and passion for their work. Raffaele (the owner and chef) and his partner love what they do. You can tell by the way they welcome you and how you're treated during Raffaele's culinary experience. The service is 10 stars, not 5!
The waiter, whose name escapes me, is no exception! At "U MAMMAMÍ" you'll find class, experience, quality, and above all, love...try it and believe it!
