Unfortunately I can't give more than 5 stars… but it should have at least 10. The umami atmosphere and people are what makes this port unique and wonderful. Not to mention the food. Exceptional, research and attention to dishes that leave you breathless. The choice of wines was always spot on, it never happened that I had a recommendation that didn't do justice to the taste and the dishes. Compliments.

Excellent quality sushi, idyllic setting and exquisite staff. Umami should be the yardstick as well as the example to follow for all sushi places in Frusinate.

Excellent food quality, absolutely not comparable with all you can eat sushi, good service and customer attention, prices higher than average but in line with the quality offered.

11/08/2024: Excellent restaurant near Fiuggi. They welcomed us without problems and with courtesy even though we called at 2pm to book a table for 2.30pm. The ravioli filled with scallops are delicious. Super recommended.

26/08/2024: A truly relaxing and very beautiful place!! The road to get there may be narrow but perfectly passable and it's really worth stopping to sleep and eat to completely unplug! Morena a perfect hoste! He makes you feel at home...with infinite availability and professionalism!! All the staff really like us...
