Just like the pizza I tasted, I want to return! One of the best pizzas in Lecce by far. Fantastic place!

An experience more than just a pizza... Excellent ingredients and cocktail pairings. For those who want to eat a gourmet pizza and experiment with new flavors. Highly recommended.

What can I say... the best pizza I've ever eaten in my life!

Excellent Lecce pizzeria, tried on Saturday evening in a place where finding a free table was a desperate feat. We were seated on stools, and the table consisted of a counter set against the wall bearing the perhaps ironic sign: "Enjoy the wait." The awkward arrangement, however, didn't detract from the pleasure of what we ate to begin the meal: a delicious arancini and an equally delicious croquette. Two excellent pizzas followed, one with prosciutto and stracciatella, the other ironically named "fuori di zucca" (out of pumpkin). The dessert was also good, the service was efficient, courteous, and fast, and the price was fair. Well done, if I ever find myself in Lecce again, I'll return, hoping not to have to endure the wait again.

This isn't your average pizzeria, but a true "taste experience" that combines the world of gourmet pizza with that of high-end mixology. ​Location and Atmosphere (5/5): The place is splendid: modern, elegant, and meticulously designed, with an intimate and refined atmosphere. Perfect for a special evening. ​Service (5/5): Impeccable staff. We were greeted with a very welcome small appetizer. Throughout the dinner, the service was attentive, friendly, and professional, with excellent wait times despite the restaurant being full. ​Pizza (5/5): The pizza is simply on another level. The dough is the result of careful study and research, light and easy to digest. The ingredients are of the highest quality, and the combinations are sophisticated and surprising. We tried the "Cattiva e Fumo nel bosco" (Caught and Smoke in the Woods) and it was a perfect balance of flavors. ​Cocktail (5/5): The real highlight is the pizza-cocktail pairing. We followed their advice, and the drink was designed to enhance the flavors of the pizza we chose. A brilliant idea executed to perfection. ​Conclusion: uemé isn't just a dinner; it's a complete sensory experience. The price is absolutely justified by the quality of the ingredients, the research, the innovation, and the service offered. We were deeply impressed. Absolutely recommended for those looking for something different and of the highest quality. We'll be back soon!

Friendly and attentive staff, the montanara carbonara is excellent but the pizzas are truly divine!

Exclusive location, excellent pizza paired with a sensational cocktail

We had to take a metro, a RER, then another metro, then a plane, then another, followed by a train and a second train to find ourselves there, on the day, at the time, at the place of what would become the most complex experience to evaluate that we have ever had, and which we will try to transcribe for you faithfully and objectively. It all begins with the invisible, the one we cannot see with our eyes and which left us standing in front of the counter for two minutes, while someone took care of seating us. We didn't know, at that moment, that everything would come to those who know how to wait, seated without asking, on the terrace (fortunately, that was what we had hoped for in our hearts), which remains rather presumptuous in October. Once seated, we discovered an appetizing menu, with pizza classics on one hand, and slightly more sophisticated original creations on the other. We then chose a Capriccio, priced at €12, as well as a Vertigo, with roasted tomatoes, artisanal ham, and a sweet pepper reduction, which we ordered after about ten minutes. As we sat there, we watched the incessant ballet of the waiters, seeming slightly annoyed by a situation that seemed out of control, while the big hand continued to spin like a casino roulette wheel. After an hour of waiting and a casual question to a waitress, asking if we had bet on the right number for our evening, we were informed that our pizzas were in the oven and would be ready in five minutes. Then we were informed of a problem with our pizzas, requiring them to be remade, although we were accompanied by a plate of chips with a very good sweet and sour sauce to tide us over. Finally, after 1 hour and 25 minutes, our dishes arrived at the table, beautifully presented, with an apology for the wait. As for them, the taste was good; the texture of the Capriccio was questionable due to a slightly soggy center, but that of the Vertigo was very decent. Ultimately, these were average pizzas, not revolutionary but easy to eat, and we finished them in fifteen minutes. It's also worth noting that the cleanliness of the restrooms needed to be improved, with urine at the base of the seats. Although this was the fault of some careless customers, it was ultimately the others who suffered. It was following a request from the staff and an expression of our dissatisfaction that the establishment made a welcome gesture of goodwill: offering us the entire meal, which remains quite rare, even in situations such as this. Our experience may be an isolated one; it nonetheless deserves to be shared alongside others and probably doesn't in any way predict what you might experience if you come here.

Very good experience, both in terms of gastronomy and attention and professionalism of the staff.
