A small business in Aversa that exudes authenticity and, above all, a desire to shine. I recently visited Trunch, tried both the pizza in pala and the pan, and I must admit I was pleasantly surprised. The dough was light and melted at the first bite, unleashing a delicious explosion of flavors. My sincerest compliments, as well as the staff and service.

I advise all diabetics like me to only go to Trunch and eat as if there were no tomorrow, your blood sugar does not rise thanks also to the flours chosen with low glycemic rate... and then the quality and goodness of the products and only friendly and kind, the only flaw... move and find a bigger place you are destined to do more than 100 covers an hour 😂😂😂😂

We tried the "rutiello," a thick, crispy pizza with a very light dough and delicious ingredients—truly extraordinary. The only downside was the small space and the service, despite the very friendly owners and staff, was less than impeccable. For those who want to try a pizza that's different from traditional Neapolitan fare, this place is highly recommended.

Truly excellent pizza, light dough and quality ingredients. Fast service and friendly staff. The only thing holding me back from giving it 5 stars is the atmosphere: a bit small and noisy, especially at peak times. But for the pizza... it's absolutely worth it!

This restaurant's format includes pizzas on a shovel, in a pan, or in a rutiello. We tried the first two: the dough is crunchy on the outside (as the name suggests) but melt-in-the-mouth and light on the inside, especially the pan. High-quality toppings and refined ingredient combinations are used. Extremely digestible: we didn't feel heavy during or, especially, after the meal. Recommended for trying something different from the classic Neapolitan round pizza.

The pizza is delicious, light, and I'd even call it innovative. It's expensive, but worth it. It's definitely worth trying and recommending.
I especially recommend the "campagnola" pizza al ruoto, which was our favorite (and I speak for a group of friends).
