We came to this place intrigued by the positive reviews on the fork and beyond. The place is nice and the croquettes are very good. The pizza is light but nothing exceptional.

I went to this pizzeria for the first time this week, very good pizza (even if you have to book the gluten-free dough), the waitress and I presume it was the owner who were very kind but in my opinion you should shorten the time a bit, an empty place even with a takeaway function .Honestly waiting an hour for 2 sandwiches and 2 pizzas🤦🏽‍♀️I would never dream of coming to you on a Saturday or Sunday! Anyway, congratulations on a nice place and I repeat, the pizza was delicious!

Siamo stati da Trigo per la prima volta e l'esperienza è stata molto positiva. Ottima pizza e ottimo buon con burger. Prezzi nella media. Piacevole scoperta è stato il crocchè alla gricia con salsina cacio e pepe e quello di patata viola. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

01/02/2025: Ottima pizza buono l impasto morbido e soffice la consiglio devono arrivare forse solo.un po più calde .e portare lo scontrino x capire cosa abbiamo pagato xo tutto bene
11/01/2025: Clean and welcoming place. The prices are really good and the pizza too. The ones we took impressed us because they were well prepared aesthetically but also very good. Ample parking outside even though it is a Sunday. Friendly and helpful staff. To be redone.

01/03/2025: Lots of friendliness and delicacy of food prepared with quality ingredients. The internal space is welcoming and the external space is wonderful with tables in the chestnut grove. I always happily return and recommend it to everyone.
05/01/2025: Nice environment even if practically dispersed, being on an isolated mountain. Service was quite slow but overall there were no problems. Regarding the food, starters were quite plentiful and very good; Especially the mushroom and bean soup. Perhaps I was a little disappointed by the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, a dish which lacked something special (mushroom cream for example), plus the oil was perhaps a little too much. Overall though it was a good experience, I will return.👍🏻
