We had the ricotta dumplings as the main dish and the buchtel for dessert. Both were quite heavy, with too much dough overall, which made the meal feel unbalanced.

A charming, elegant location with a breathtaking view. Excellent food, carefully presented, and each course perfectly balanced! Impeccable service and a very fair bill. We spent €146 for two, including a shared appetizer, two first courses, two second courses, two desserts, and two glasses of wine. Highly recommended if you're in the area.

Wonderful experience at Vecchia Sorni. Excellent food, with the option to pair a glass of wine with each dish—kudos to the sommelier for the VERY clever pairings on the menu! Impeccable service, the waitresses always friendly and accommodating, but never overbearing. The icing on the cake was the SPECTACULAR view of the valley. We'll be back every time we're in the area!

On my third evening in Trentino... This restaurant finally satisfied me completely! For two, we ordered 1 appetizer, 2 first courses, and 2 second courses. Two glasses of wine with the appetizer, two glasses of wine with the first course, two glasses of wine with the second course, one glass of dessert wine, and one coffee. We were offered a welcome appetizer and a sweet treat to finish. We chose the recommended glasses to pair with each dish, which I loved because it allowed me to discover new wines. You can also choose your favorite wine; the wine list is truly varied. A full tasting menu is also available. The dishes we ate (flan, dumplings, saddle of venison) were excellent. The night we dined, the table was only set inside, but we saw that there is also space outside. The view from outside is captivating; I imagine it's even more impressive during the day than in the darkness at dinner time. When I booked, I asked for and was allowed to bring my dog, without any special size or other requirements. There was another table besides us with a dog. Excellent welcome, equally excellent service, beautiful venue. Truly, truly excellent. The food and wine pairing was the absolute winner for me. Thank you for helping us reconcile with Trentino cuisine after our previous two evenings, which were unfortunately decidedly less than stellar.

Un locale conosciuto anni fa in un'occasione davvero speciale e riscoperto recentemente ... novità e innovazione, ma qualità immutata. Ci torneremo!
