Great view from the glass cube exterior and a beautifully renovated rustic interior.
Very attentive and professional staff, and the greeting from the kitchen was appreciated.
Good-quality ingredients.
Cons:
Expensive wine list, with starting bottles around €36.
Dishes with excellent value for money: artichoke tart €20, priest's hat (a slice) with a side dish €26!
Dessert...€9 (avoided).
So two appetizers, two main courses with a bottle of base wine, and digestifs plus a coffee...€142.
A little more expensive than expected.

Each dish is a new experience, a blend of local products, tradition, and innovation. Excellent presentation, a comprehensive menu with a choice of meat and fish. The dishes featuring offal are interesting.
The interior is warm and welcoming. The staff is friendly and professional. Prices are in line with the quality of the dishes.

Beautiful location, overlooking the valley from the tables on the heated veranda. Excellent service, refined food, but the portions aren't enough to fully savor it. Some time ago, I used to go there a few times a year with my family, but I stopped when I left the table still hungry. What a shame.

A refined, elegant location with a spectacular view of the valley (definitely more so at lunchtime). The menu is sophisticated and top-quality! Commitment and passion shine through! The staff are professional, but they could use some work on their hospitality.

Everything was excellent: both the food and the service (and the venue is elegant but not gaudy).
We ate traditional Trentino dishes revisited with a modern twist, yet faithful to the original spirit. The "new" pairings were excellent, the dishes were adequate, and the dessert was exquisite.
All the staff were extremely kind, cheerful, and attentive.
It was just a shame it was evening; given the location, it would have been nice to eat with a view.

Excellent lunch with a tasting menu (recommended alternative).
Delicate yet bold dishes: a dessert with porcini mushrooms and black garlic, a must-try!
The atmosphere is bright, homey yet elegant and refined. The view of the valley is breathtaking.
