Trattoria Svizzera In Re

We were there on Sunday 4th August, a really nice place, we had a platter of really good cold cuts and cheeses, then superlative polenta and wild boar and what can we say about the bonet!! The very kind staff. Sincere congratulations!

Informal place in perfect "mountain" style. Good food and excellent service. The digestive offered by the owner was appreciated. Price slightly above the norm. Free parking on site. All in all a good experience.

A delightful reasonably priced Italian restaurant serving fabulous food from the local area. Excellent host and service with wonderful views of the beautiful basilica from the upstairs dining room. Highly recommended

Very pleasant lunch in this characteristic rustic trattoria located 2 steps from the sanctuary of Re. A place where time seems to have stopped and lunch proceeds at the slow pace that a pleasant break must have. We tasted an excellent platter of cured meats and cheeses from Vigezzo and beyond, a surprising calamari gatzpacho (the calamari were very fresh!!!) A delicious risotto with courgettes and courgette flowers, excellent plin... and for dessert, since we were undecided on what to have, they made us taste a trio of bonette crumbles and cherry tart, desserts prepared on the day. Excellent service and super honest bill. Must try again!

I highly recommend!!! A welcoming and very nice place, with friendly and smiling staff. They even brought us a bowl of water for our little dog. We took a platter of cold cuts and cheeses, very very good and well composed. The first courses really made with care and perfect value for money!

Un'esperienza che raccomando perché merita. Gestori molto cordiali, location davvero carina, ottimo il cibo, preparato con cura e attenzione ai dettagli. Cantina ricca, la cura nella scelta dei vini trova conferma anche al primo piano, dove c'è un bellissimo locale degustazione. Insomma, da non perdere.

Locale molto carino fatto con gusto, con un pian terreno conviviale ed un primo piano più riservato, cantina ben fornita, e nonostante il nome cibo sempre molto buono, questa volta abbiamo provato dei gnocchi di patate con cipolla e pancetta speciali, per finire bisogna provare il bonnet! Bravi!
