A quiet and welcoming place where pizzas are made in a wood-fired oven. There's space inside and also a terrace outside. Three times in two weeks and I've tried almost everything. Good quality and very pleasant staff. A good address in Taviano.

A place with good reviews, and for good reason. We ventured in without a reservation. The owner is a wonderful person; he told us he lived in Bari many years ago (my hometown), and he recommended some dishes, and they were truly delicious. Finally, he recommended some local desserts (spumoni or something similar), which were a kind of gelato, truly delicious.

Excellent pizza, served fairly quickly, well-cooked, and with a generous selection. If I had to find a flaw, it was the lack of a takeout menu available at the counter. Otherwise, top!

Beautiful and welcoming place. Family-run trattoria. Attentive and friendly staff. Delicious fish dishes. The desserts are also delicious. We'll definitely be back to try the meat dishes too...

Had a lovely dinner last night at Trattoria Le Capase in Taviano. The place is really cosy and perfect for a couple’s night out. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was spot on. The traditional dishes were full of flavour, and the pizza was light and really tasty.

Recommended to try the "puccia leccese" (one of the typical dishes of this area, a bread made with a variety of ingredients. First, the bread is baked in an oven. It has a round shape and a "smooth" surface, on which you can see a thin layer of flour. It is then filled with the "specialties already suggested on the menu" or to your liking). The puccia is a perfect specialty for takeout or eating in (more casual fast food restaurants).
