Suspected vegan dishes (please verify when ordering): linguine al pesto (didn‘t seem to contain cheese), aglio e olio, spaghetti pomodoro, melanzane, fagioli bud spencer (make sure to order without bacon). I would also ask about filey contadina and tropeana.

No kidding, this place is fantastic!! Excellent food: the local appetizer is highly recommended! The service is very friendly and helpful, and the prices are very reasonable... The 'nduja is truly unique, amazing. I've never liked it anywhere else, but here it's almost sweet, melts in your mouth, but with a powerful core of flavor and spiciness, truly special! Highly recommended!!! P.S. If you see a place packed in the middle of August, maybe don't expect to be served in 5 minutes and for everything to be top notch; they're just human beings...

Delicious food, good house red wine, so-so house white wine, attentive and friendly service (a bit of Italian is helpful). Grandma runs the cash register while the children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren come to eat. Idyllic!

While touring Tropea, we stopped at this trattoria by chance... but we couldn't have made a better choice. Excellent food at reasonable prices, and the friendly service is always a pleasure.

A friendly little restaurant at the end of an alleyway with a flower-filled outdoor terrace.
The red onion fritters, the polpette di melanzane, the fried fish, the pasta, and the pizzas are delicious. The staff is friendly and attentive. I recommend it if you're passing through Tropea.
