A truly pleasant experience. Every dish served was delicious. From appetizer to dessert, there was never a disappointment. Fresh fish and cooked to order. Quick service. The staff was kind and friendly, even making us laugh a few times. Was it luck? I don't think so... I'll definitely be back.

My father and I had lunch at Trattoria Loludá, a place I'd been waiting to try for a long time. The ideal format for those seeking the authentic flavors of our island, respecting seasonality and the raw materials, which are simply excellent and treated with respect and passion. The appetizers were excellent; we tried authentic Sassari-style snails, exquisite mutton carpaccio with Cipriani sauce, and smoked swordfish with peaches—bite-sized pieces, intense, authentic flavor. For our main course, a grilled tuna fillet (the star of Loludá's cuisine). Simple, without frills, the fish was the true star. Cooking? Perfect. Good taste, knowledge, and respect for the raw materials are the true strength of this trattoria, and of Dario and Luciana, who masterfully run it.
