Trattoria on the top of Monte Vecchia with a spectacular view towards Milan and the surrounding area, a sincere and very easy-going place, home cooking, with the flavours of the past. I called at midday on a Sunday and managed to book a beautiful table on the terrace with a view for one o'clock. Generous portions, attentive and professional service, truly excellent value for money.

Great food and great service, they welcomed us even though we were very late on the reservation. The risotto with osso buco was really good.

Atmosfera d'altri tempi, personale più che gentile, materia prima eccellente, cucina ottima. Devo aggiungere altro ? Si, prezzo adeguato per una serata giusta. Bravi e grazie !

I booked for a visit to Montevecchia, which I recommend to everyone as it is wonderful, without knowing the place and I must say that it was a very good choice. Everything was good from the welcome to the bill. We will definitely be back. Book outside on the veranda from which you can see a beautiful view. I didn't know it and I was inside (very cute anyway 😊)

Typical Brianza trattoria, good food, fantastic service, shame about the screaming children as well as the rest of the customers, you practically couldn't hear the person sitting in front of you.

Great place to have lunch or dinner

We choose this place, recommended by friends, for lunch on April 25th. There are 6 of us. With great courtesy the venue accepts and understands our 15 minute delay compared to the booking time, notified in advance. After a bit of difficulty in finding parking, probably the day doesn't help, we sit at a table in the second room. We wait for the waiters for over 10 minutes, without water and menus. We order mixed appetizers to share, on the waitress's advice we take three portions, which however turn out to be insufficient and so we add two more. The cured meats are remarkable, in particular the lard and the raw ham from Marco d'Oggiono, a guarantee. Small service flaw, otherwise I wouldn't be the uncomfortable customer, when the appetizers arrived we were without cutlery. However, the waitress, Alessia, who looked after us was very attentive and precise. As a course we choose the risotto with osso bucco, and after a reasonable waiting time a dish of absolute flavor arrives and in any case a satiating portion. As for dessert, the tiramisu did not impress, a simple homemade dish. Very kindly they allowed us to move to the terrace for coffee and bitters. Final bill €49 each, I would say more than honest with how much we ate, for the quality and the service
