A very nice trattoria with a warm atmosphere. The food is really good and the portions are generous, with excellent value. The service is attentive and attentive. I recommend trying their strudel because it's delicious!

Nice place. Polite staff. Good food and prices. Dinner: half a glass of water, a quarter of a glass of greens, sausage with polenta, goulash with rice, mixed salad (a good and varied portion), and two covers: €40. Must try 👍.

We came for dinner and were amazed by the portion of ossobuco with polenta. It was gigantic!!! I've only seen portions this large in the United States. And it was so good!!!! I highly recommend it. If you come to Fondo, don't miss the opportunity to eat here.

Per una breve vacanza di coppia ho scelto questo posto per il pranzo. Ottimo antipasto misto. Di primo canederli veramente buoni e abbondanti. Ma la scelta super è stata nel dolce: una sacher strepitosa (la migliore che abbia mai mangiato). Prezzo contenuto per quanto offerto. Davvero un'esperienza da ripetere in un'altra vacanza.

16/03/2025: Abbiamo cenato un questo ristorante in centro di Cavalese, locale molto carino tipicamente della zona, menù con varie proposte tipiche e piatti rivisitati con prezzi nella media, personale moto cortese. Consigliato.
28/12/2024: in questo locale abbiamo mangiato con soddisfazione i piatti richiesti: zuppa d'orzo, canederli in brodo, spatzl, linguine ai funghi porcini e filetto di maiale. Prezzi nella norma

16/09/2025: This lodge is truly beautiful, both from the outside and inside. It offers tables outside and inside. We ordered a platter of cold cuts and cheeses, which was good but a bit small. We also had a glass of elderberry syrup, which was a tiny glass (while other lodges provide large glasses, like those for beer, which hold almost half a liter). The staff was friendly but a bit cold. They also didn't have a stamp, which is something other lodges provide, and it's a nice way to take home a souvenir.
