Typical Neapolitan cuisine, fresh products, cooked as per tradition, we had a great time, the hospitality was homely. I don't have photos, I didn't have time to take photos, it was very tasty.

Phenomenal! Pasta with potatoes and provola 5 stars, never eaten so good. The staff is kind and helpful, great discovery, thanks guys.

Seems overpriced why I think we got turist prices. I hate that. We spent 30 euro in total two people. We had two times “4 small ready-made dishes” at 12 euro each. In itself a somewhat small meal. I do not understand that when you can get a made-to-order pizza for 9 euros at a nice restaurant at a nicer location. We paid 2 euro service fee per person. Normal at restaurants but I think too much for this type of place. I highly doubt that the locals were paying any service fee at all let alone the steep 12 euro dish price.

Don't be fooled by the ambiance which seems a bit spartan. There are very few trattorias like this left now. Nothing touristy, everything 100% genuine, few frills and lots of warmth. A Sunday at your Neapolitan aunt or grandmother's house. With a better sign and a bit of social media there would be a queue. Compliments

February 15th. My girlfriend and I are traveling around Naples to visit the catacombs of San Gaudioso and the Sanità district. Due to inconveniences, we arrived in Naples late in the morning and what's more it was raining. Seeing us practically soaked and cold due to the rain, the owner warmly invited us to seek shelter inside, where they made us sit and proceeded to treat us not well: more. They provided us with coffee to warm us up along with a towel and access to the bathroom to dry off. They literally treated us like their children, making us spectacular dishes on the spot, asking for direct feedback on what we liked. They were courteous and friendly chatting with us and creating an atmosphere that I can only describe as familiar. They even offered us a bitter at the end. The whole thing? 25 euros for two people. If we happen to pass through those parts again, we will definitely return to this place even just to stop by and say hello.
