Perfect location for the sea, not far from the town. The maintenance of the apartment and the outdoor areas is a sore point. Cleanliness was a real problem; we changed apartments, which were a little cleaner. And then you can't see the shower stall with its curtain! The dog area is absurd, given that you have to walk on a beach volleyball court to access it.

Wonderful vacation, 4 nights, very friendly staff in the restaurant, reception and cleaners. You can get everything you need on request, you have bicycles, table tennis, tennis, football, swimming pool so you really don't have to worry about activities. Beautiful forest that leads to all the beautiful beaches, bars, on the other side you have the center of Marina di Cecina where you can watch the sunset with cocktails, dinner. We really had a great time, rested in a really neat apartment, well equipped, cleanliness on a level, clean towels, clean white linen, the cleaner is very kind we don't know her name but we know she is from Senegal and works there with her husband she is extremely kind and we want to emphasize that every morning she is in a great mood and warmly greets us when we go to breakfast. We also have to emphasize that the staff at breakfast is kind and helpful, as well as at the reception. Breakfast is okay, maybe because we are used to eating eggs for breakfast that wasn't the case, but all in all there is something for everyone to choose from.:) We will definitely repeat this trip

Starting from check in we waited an hour for the room because it wasn't ready. The all-inclusive formula purchased from the agency is actually a full board with no buffet except for breakfast where, however, you will find many industrial products. With the exception of the first and second courses made of meager portions and as a side dish always potatoes or lettuce with very few pieces of tomato. With a two-year-old and three-month-old child we had great difficulty getting him to eat (no courgettes, no green beans, no carrots, no sauce to put in a plain pasta dish). We always had to ask for bread, grated cheese, sauces... excluding even the wine by the glass and coffee. The fruit portion that you have to choose between dessert was made up practically only of apples... and it's summer. Lunch times are 12:00-13 and dinner 19:00-20. At the weekend you have to pay €35 per person for the pool and entertainment plus tourist tax. I hope this review helps raise the bar for the owners. Thank you 🙏
