Environment I only give 4 stars, but for me Tortuga is the place in Bolzano, where I will definitely return to eat pizza 🍕

Price-performance is really good - very large selection of pizza - delicious - you can't be in a hurry 😊 but the wait is absolutely worth it 🤩

Excellent Neapolitan-style pizza with a well-pronounced crust. The dough is good, light and never gummy. The only small flaw is that the fillings are not very abundant. Good choice of beers.

07/06/2024: Don't let the backyard ambience put you off! The pizza was delicious and the staff was very friendly. I would eat there again and again and can recommend it!

03/07/2024: Dit restaurant is zeer centraal gelegen . De bediening is vlot en vriendelijk. De pizza’s zijn iets duurder dan elders maar de kwaliteit is prima en de locatie moet ook betaald worden . Een glas wijn (gewurztraminer) was van topkwaliteit.
22/06/2024: Ristorante in cui si possono mangiare pietanze senza glutine. Lo consiglio ai celiaci. Sono molto attenti e le pietanze non fanno rimpiangere quelle col glutine. Abbiamo mangiato canederli, pizza e Strudel, tutto squisito. Qualità della materia prima eccellente. Gentilezza e cortesia del personale. A 5 minuti dalla stazione, in piazza Walther. A pranzo non prendono prenotazioni, ma ha tanti posti a sedere sia fuori che all'interno. Ci tornerò sicuramente quando passo da qui.
