Great sushi! Big portions and great flavor

I had the pleasure of dining at the Tokyo restaurant in Castel San Giovanni, and I can say that it was a truly pleasant experience. The restaurant offers a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for enjoying an evening of good Japanese cuisine. The menu is rich and varied, with a wide choice of traditional dishes prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. The sushi, in particular, was exceptional: very fresh and expertly prepared fish, with a presentation with attention to detail. Hot dishes, such as ramen and tempura, also lived up to expectations, with authentic and well-balanced flavors. The staff was courteous and attentive, ready to satisfy every request with a smile. Furthermore, the waiting times were short, even though the restaurant was quite busy. The only flaw, so to speak, was that the portions were a little too generous, which could be excessive for those with a more moderate appetite. However, this detail did not negatively impact the overall experience, which remains extremely positive. In summary, the Tokyo restaurant is an excellent choice for those who want to enjoy Japanese cuisine in a pleasant and refined environment. I will definitely come back to try other dishes from their interesting menu!

Very balanced, both in the restaurant and in the dishes. The spicy pork with almonds and crunchy peppers was excellent, it was a really nice discovery. I also recommend the grilled cuttlefish, and the rice spaghetti sautéed with vegetables and prawns. The place is simple but with attention to detail, excellent color/texture palette. Ambience: finally a place with Chinese background music! The Chinese furnishing components were also highly appreciated: the round table and the painting with the cherry tree. I will definitely come back

Food is good and service is also good. I didn't find anything different compared to other sushi restaurants I frequent.

I returned after more than a year and I must say that I am pleasantly surprised, the owner is always very kind, the same goes for the staff... clean place and good food, I love that there is no limit on the gunkans, we will definitely be back.
