More than a dinner, it's an experience. Welcoming, modern place, well-spaced tables, both inside and out. Immediate welcome, orders taken almost immediately. The menu is curated by the chef, the ingredients are very fresh and the dishes are all cooked on the spot, and it features various references to Roman cuisine. We had all the courses, from appetizers to dessert. Everything was really excellent, perfect portions, balanced flavors. For those who are Roman like me, then, it's a "jump home". Absolutely normal bill, especially considering the high quality of what is served. Outdoor parking next to the entrance.

Spettacolare, luogo molto bello, clima rilassato, personale gentile, competente e molto attento alle esigenze personali e sa consigliare molto bene anche in base ai gusti. Tra le altre cose, abbiamo mangiato una cacio e pepe rivisitata... Eccellente è dir poco. Consiglio vivamente una capatina, merita decisamente. Buon lavoro ragazzi, ci rivedremo presto.

We went to this restaurant for lunch with friends and the experience was truly impeccable. The restaurant has a refined taste, with attention to the smallest details, which creates a welcoming and elegant atmosphere at the same time. The menu offers traditional Roman dishes revisited in a modern key: authentic flavors but with original and surprising combinations. We chose to share an encore of first courses, in half portions, with a carbonara and a cacio e pepe: two classics of Roman cuisine reinterpreted with great skill, balanced and rich in flavour, without ever being heavy. To conclude the lunch, a tiramisu served in a modern way: a sweet surprise, innovative but faithful to the spirit of the traditional dessert. The wine list is also excellent, with a well-curated and high-quality selection, able to best accompany each dish. Special praise goes to the waiter and the owner, both extremely kind, attentive and passionate: they made us feel at home, enthusiastically explaining the philosophy of the place and the story behind each dish. A truly pleasant lunch, with chatter, good food, excellent wine and impeccable service. We will definitely be back! Davide and Giulia

Friendly environment and very friendly and attentive staff. Food 10, all excellent, amatriciana, cscio and pepper, and the second courses are both vegetarian and very tender meat. Highly recommended!
