Excellent pastry shop with a wide selection of sweet and savoury items... I recommend the monachina, filled with Chantilly cream... truly delicious.

The best bar and pastry shop in town, one of the best in Salento. At any time of day, the windows are filled with sweets, delis, appetizers, and more. Super friendly, kind, and helpful staff.

Recently visited, the Bar The One in Copertino turned out to be a real surprise: a very large, clean and well-stocked place, with a pastry shop that really deserves a special mention. The products are exceptionally good and genuine, and you can immediately tell that they are not industrial stuff. The cappuccino was perfect, creamy to the right point, and the cream croissant? Out of this world, truly one of the best I have tried recently. The staff is very kind, smiling and always available. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, ideal for both a quick breakfast and a more peaceful break. Very honest prices, which never hurts. Highly recommended, I will definitely be back!

11/09/2025: I spent summer evenings having fun with my friends!!! Beautiful place, both for young people and families thanks to the nearby park!! Live music every Saturday, and Latin dancing and karaoke during the week!!! Amazing!!!! What can I say about the service... excellent to say the least, very attentive to detail, always smiling and helpful. Not to mention the food... quality and affordable prices, and above all, delicious food! I recommend the complete aperitivo... a real treat!!! It's a shame there are 5 stars because it deserves 10!!!!
25/07/2025: Very cool bar, great location with a playground, very kid-friendly. The burgers are unique. The parties are very well organized. Live music evenings. A great aperitif bar. Very good service. Very friendly staff. We come back every year. Parking is available.

20/09/2025: A welcoming, family atmosphere, exquisite cuisine, and friendly, knowledgeable staff make this the ideal place for a pizza with friends.
10/07/2025: Friendly and professional staff, delicious food. I tried both the pistachio and chocolate cannoli, and they were out of this world. I ordered them in the morning and they were instantly sold out. In the evening, you can also try the Catanese cannoli, traditional Sicilian arancini, and the same goes for other dishes. The chef is very skilled at recreating Sicilian flavors. Highly recommended. The pizza is also recommended. For those like thin and crispy pizzas like me, I always take my family there and they make you feel at home. The hospitality is excellent.
