18/02/2025: First time for us in Moena. We had a great time. The building is a little dated but the rooms are very clean and the staff impeccable. Courtesy, efficiency, availability, attention to all details and above all the smile and kindness of ALL the staff is what awaits you if you decide to stay here. Mr. Lorenzo, owner, an exquisite person, will make you have magical moments during gala evenings and with his stories. Amazing and plentiful food, you can taste the typical products of the area. Very nice wellness center with sauna and Turkish bath that allows you to relax at the end of the day. The location in the center is strategic, close to the ski bus stops that take you to the Alpe Lusia and San Pellegrino pass lifts or to those in Pozza di Fassa which give access to all the slopes above Canazei and the Sellaronda. In a week we tried all the areas without ever repeating the same slopes, fantastic. Free private parking in front of the hotel. I would like to especially thank Alin and Nicoletta for pampering us every evening at dinner and Mariana who welcomed us every morning at breakfast with her smile. Super positive experience.
