On my way down to Herculaneum, I had a fantastic pastry that was a savory donut filled with ham and ricotta. It was amazing. (Does anyone know what it's called in Italian?)

Contrary to what we see in other users' reviews, we are tourists... we happened to be passing by. We were well received. The price I paid seemed very reasonable. Two flavors of ice cream in small tubs, and two flavors in large tubs, plus a coffee and a glass of sparkling water, and we paid around €7. We were able to enjoy the terrace, and when I put the empty trash inside, the waitress thanked us several times... The ice cream was delicious, especially the melon ice cream!! I really recommend it!

Friendly, welcoming place Mena looked after us, spoke great English, explained the pizzas, which were good, fresh orange juice, delicious ice cream and cake, accepted card no problem

21/08/2025: Bar Max in Naples was an exceptional discovery during our stay! We had breakfast there with the whole family and were enchanted. The atmosphere is welcoming and warm, the service is impeccable and always with a smile. But the real magic is in the products: the coffee is sublime and the desserts are fresh and delicious. We tasted typical specialties that made us fall in love with this city even more. It was an unforgettable experience, a true pleasure for the palate and the heart. We will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and delicious Neapolitan breakfast!

Not to mention the refined and elegant new look! You can take advantage of all the services you need, fantastic, super-stocked tobacco service! Compliments to the owners!!!!
16/09/2025: Friendly waiter, nice coffee, nice chocolate croissants. There are signs everywhere noting that it costs more for table service than standing at the counter, which is very normal for Italy.
