I was there, passing through Olbia, for a quick dinner, industrial style in the furnishings, nice in itself, but tables too close together, practically dining elbow to elbow with strangers, staff attentive but too present, at times intrusive; I didn't like the Neapolitan-style pizza, cooked in an electric oven, and it was absolutely not worth the price paid, you can eat better at much lower costs.
Nb: the open kitchen is a double-edged sword

Dinner with my boyfriend and his parents before boarding the ferry. We didn’t expect too much and we’re incredibly surprised by the perfect design, incredible food and lovely service.
Small menu, well picked. I had spaghetti, creamed with anchovy butter, pine nut crumble and fennel. It was DELICIOUS!

My second time in Olbia but my first time eating in this amazing restaurant. The best pasta by far. They catered for my gluten intolerance, the gluten-free spaghetti was out of this world! Chef Luigi makes the most delicious food.

Unfortunately the staff was very rushed.
We wanted to sit quietly and have something to eat and drink before we had to leave the airport.
We tried to explain that we wanted small snacks with the rosé.
The lady understood us but soon there was also a young man at the table.
We felt very rushed. A shame because it is a beautiful business with beautiful products.
If you are in a touristy place. It is useful to know that every country has its own customs and that rushing does not complete a holiday.
Give people some time. Especially when a bottle of drink is placed on the table, it means there is time to sit.

That was good. Spaghetto “La Molisana” tasted outstanding (a little oily, but good in combination with a side salad). The wine was a hefty price for the amount in the glass, but it also tasted good. We would come again and recommend the tratttoria. The service is nice.☺️

Pizza buona, impasto leggero.
Personalmente non amo il cornicione per cui ho mangiato solo il cuore della pizza.
Cornicione troppo grosso, anche se friabile.
Ero già stata a cena e la cucina è buona, infatti dico che la migliore seadas in Olbia l'ho mangiata proprio qui.
Un appunto sul servizio......lasciate respirare i clienti, non portategli via subito il piatto o il bicchiere. È un invito a sbrigarsi e a lasciare libero il tavolo.
Prezzo un po' troppo alto, non nella media, infatti abbiamo ridotto le nostre visite.
