Cashier lady was helpful but not the food server. Quite pricey but at least food quality weren't bad. Cappuccino n Coppa Del Nonno is good. Gelatinous was served melted 🫠 Busy place inside the station

I'm shocked by the rudeness of the little girl in the morning... Monday 10am at the checkout... she answers with such acidity... yet so small and young and so uneducated... she should be fired immediately, she's impertinent... they didn't accept my money and her in an unpleasant tone AND WHAT DO I HAVE TO? as small as she is nervous... little one, don't vent your private repressions on customers...

I stopped for a pit stop at a train change and I was pleasantly surprised both by the very good food, sweet and savory, and by the courtesy and friendliness of the staff. Furthermore, I requested an invoice and Tiziana, on duty at the time, was promptly available and efficient. It may seem obvious, but instead in a nearby place they replied that it was not possible to issue an invoice. I'll be back.

16/07/2024: For what it is, a local Italian caffe selling pastries and juice, I really enjoyed this place. Wifi and AC were good. Yes, there is a coperto... lots of tourists didn't seem to understand this and were disappointed (read the other reviews) but I have to say the guy that was working there both days I visited was really friendly and had a very good sense of humor too. The interior vibe is kind of Victorian - think stripe-paneled seat cushions and voluptuous women in framed paintings. Maybe I stood out for being an Asian tourist speaking Italian, but the guy totally remembered me and my order and he made my coffee perfectly both times I visited. If I'm ever back in Ostuni again, I would hang out here.
13/07/2024: Really nice cafe in the Centro Storico. Dropped in for an early evening drink on a number of occasions, great draft beer with complimentary snacks plus good Aperol too. The owner and staff were friendly and it’s also a great place to watch the world go by.

30/06/2024: Súper bonita terraza con una música suave agradable hay que ir y repetir !!! Camareros simpáticos y profesionales Sitio súper elegante con unos dueños generosos te regalan biscochos dulces con el café y salados con bebidas frescas Grazie mille a Gianfranco por su profesionalismo ! Habla varios idiomas también 😉 hasta pronto Casbah!!
