He chose to open this beautiful restaurant, because it is also beautiful, in Casal di Principe, which unfortunately, despite the many good people who live there, still doesn't enjoy a good reputation. UNFORTUNATELY. He chose to set up his small business there and not in Aversa, which commercially beats Casale 100 to 1. And he succeeded with honor. The other Antonio, the chef, treated me to the best eggplant parmigiana of my life, served by Nicla, a waitress of rare elegance, discretion, and helpfulness, but never intrusive. Choosing the right staff is crucial to the success of a business, and Antonio, the boss, has also succeeded in this.
