Dinner for two with one of their beagles, pastrami, and fries. The food was very good, with carefully selected ingredients and tender meat, and very tasty combinations. The service was friendly, professional, and fast. The setting was elegant, warm, and welcoming, with a relaxing atmosphere. I think it was top notch. Thank you.

I rarely give 5 stars... but here they deserve it all... a wonderful place that is unlike anything I've seen before, fantastic food and informal but not lacking in professional service... the only advice I feel like giving is that with such a high-quality place and cuisine I would invest in slightly more refined teas and herbal teas.

A welcoming place with sophisticated and pleasant decor. The friendly, smiling staff makes you feel welcome. The menu is interesting and delicious, catering to all tastes. We enjoyed the pastrami and the cured meats...it's worth a visit, especially since the atmosphere is relaxing, at least for lunch.

The beagles were excellent quality and very light. I didn't particularly appreciate the extras; for example, I would have preferred a more flavorful mushroom and a less greasy fried dish, but overall they were good. The location is truly beautiful, detailed, and clean. Another highlight is the price, which is truly competitive for the overall quality offered.

A welcoming and well-kept restaurant, with courteous and professional staff. The dishes are tasty, but I expected something more from the pastrami, both in terms of flavor and quantity, which is perhaps a bit limited given the price. Perhaps something hot would be a good addition. Nothing to complain about the quality, and well done for offering something different in Trento.

Even though the staff often lack a smile and don't even look you in the eye when you're talking to them, I have to admit that the food is really good! When I'm in town with friends, I always love stopping for an aperitif!
