Tandem Ragù al Vomero In Napoli

The best customer service experience we’ve had in all of Italy - 3 weeks here and no one had the attention to detail, kindness and experience as our waiter Salvatore at tandem vomero! ⭐️The food is also very good, we tried the takeaway spot in the city first and were very impressed, prices are a little higher here but it’s a full restaurant so. But main thing is as vegan/vegetarian we love how many amazing options they have + the seitan (protein option which pretty hard to find in restaurants)! Highly recommend and would definitely come back next time we’re in Naples 🤌🏼

Great food. If you like the classical ragu or genovese sauce with fresh pasta that is the place to go.

Staff was very nice, explained with every detail the different options they offered, finally went for the ragu and indeed was very good.

Exceptional traditional cuisine with traditional flavors reminiscent of authentic Neapolitan cuisine. Superb hospitality and exceptional professionalism. I highly recommend it to everyone!

The intimate and carefully furnished restaurant is the backdrop to a menu rich in variations, most of which are dedicated to the ragù theme. We had dinner with gnocchi and rigatoni with simple ragù, scialatielli with ragù and ricotta, meatballs in sauce and scamorza cooked with ragù. A note on the cooking of the pasta: the rigatoni were really too al dente, bordering on raw unfortunately, so I recommend specifying the cooking times when ordering if you don't like pasta al dente. In any case, the seasoning was impeccable: truly tasty. We were unable to taste the mozzarella seasoned with ragù because, probably given the late hour of the reservation (9:30 pm), the mozzarella had run out... too bad. The portions are generous. The staff were attentive and friendly. The bill was in line with the quality of the food.
