I'd say everything was so-so. The food isn't terrible, and the staff is helpful and courteous, but you're left feeling a bit confused. The sauces are too disjointed, the chicory is too spicy, the pasta with clams is tasteless, and the ravioli are way too salty. The best dishes are the mussels (not the sauce) and the grilled sea bass. In the end, what matters is the company.

I've eaten at Tamuré several times and consider it the best restaurant in Tarquinia Lido, but when I'm alone, I'm overlooked, while in the company of a special local, there's always a table available.
The food is excellent.
The dishes are generous and well-seasoned. No exaggeration.
Excellent carpaccio.
Special first courses.
Everything was perfect.
The owner Manuel's wine selection was perfect.
The staff was smiling and friendly.
In summer, Sunday lunch was a bit chaotic.
A must-try.

The cuisine is creative yet respectful of the ingredients, with the freshest fish and ingredients expertly prepared. Each dish is meticulously crafted, from raw to sweet, with distinct and well-balanced flavors.
The service is impeccable: professional, cheerful, and attentive to detail, yet never intrusive.
The quality-price ratio is absolutely right for the quality offered. A place you'll gladly return to, perhaps even just to enjoy a sunset with a glass in hand.

"Il Tamure" has become my go-to restaurant in Tarquinia: I've returned several times with family and friends and we've always left satisfied. Quick and friendly service, moderate prices, and a stunning location right on the beach with a children's play area just steps away. Excellent quality and flavors on the fish, from raw to pasta and fried. Highly recommended.

I had dinner with friends last night. We'd let them know there was a vegan person at the table and they said they'd do something to accommodate me, and they did. In all my years as a vegan, this is the first place where I've felt like a customer and not an inconvenient burden: attention, care, and commitment accompanied the dishes brought to my table. Super flavorful, original, and beautiful to look at.
I want to point out that the restaurant was packed; others would have solved the problem with a generous portion of grilled vegetables and pasta with tomato sauce for the kids.
If all restaurants were like this, dining out would be wonderful.
I'll definitely be back.
