Sushiro Fusion Restaurant In Brindisi

We had lunch today, Easter, in this cozy restaurant. I'll start by saying that generally when you enter a Japanese restaurant you smell fish from the entrance, but here there was no smell. We were welcomed by a very kind lady, with a big smile and extremely friendly. Excellent quality food, hand made by the chef who with equal kindness himself served us a boat of delicious Sushi with the risk of not even finding the boat because the young people at our table would have eaten that too. The Lady, who only at the end of lunch honored us with sorbets and coffee. In short, everything is perfect and special regards to the owner from whom you should learn the trade with the same elegance and brightness that distinguishes her. We'll be back.

Every time I come to this place, it is an extraordinary experience! The sushi is simply exceptional: very fresh and high quality fish, prepared with great care and attention to detail. The presentation is impeccable and the flavors are a true journey into taste. Furthermore, the owner is a nice and kind person, just like all the staff, always attentive and available to recommend the best. The environment is welcoming and elegant, perfect for any occasion. If you are looking for the best sushi in the area, this is undoubtedly the right place. Highly recommended!

Well furnished and welcoming place in the center of Brindisi. Friendly and professional staff. But the best thing is the food. I have eaten at many ayce as well as some a la carte sushi. Sushiro manages to combine the abundance of ayce with the quality of the à la carte service. Truly quality products and immediately, from the first bite, you understand that it is a superior level to the others. It's officially the best sushi restaurant in the area! Ps: there are 2 menu options: normal and gold. We chose the normal one and it was still superb!

Sono una cliente abituale di questo ristorante vengo qui perché solo qui in tutta brindisi riesco a trovare gusti particolari ,gentilezza e professionalità e sopratutto freschezza dei prodotti selezionati. Scelgo solo sushiro ormai da anni quando voglio immergermi in una esperienza unica di sapori.
