My sushi experience at sushiko wasn't that great, thank goodness the waiter was very nice, and I also have to thank the kind customers who brought me the wrong sushi and didn't change it. Overall it was a mediocre experience, especially the kids who threw sushi out of the windows. I should also add that there was a little bird that ate my sushi.

The food was truly excellent, and the service was friendly and helpful. We had a great time; if we ever pass through Riva del Garda again, we'll definitely be back. I highly recommend it.

The food was very fresh and delicious. Everything I ordered was amazing, and the service was exceptional. The staff was very friendly and helpful in explaining the menu, and they were also very accommodating in removing the seaweed from my sushi. I ordered the Temaki Rose Angel, Nigiri Shake Fire, Ura Roll Canyon Flambé, Ramen Yasai, and the Gamberetti al Wok — the grilled shrimp was so good that I reordered it twice! I personally love grilled shrimp. The rolls were also delicious, especially with cream cheese. All of my selections were vegetarian-friendly and strictly seafood — no meat dishes were ordered. Highly recommended!

29/11/2025: Good restaurant, always excellent food, but I have to give 4 stars for the home delivery service. Lately, the delivery guys have been getting the address wrong EVERY TIME, ending up in other towns, when it would be enough to carefully read what is written both in the directions and in the notes (I live in the main square of a town 10 km from Trento, it's not difficult).
08/11/2025: Best sushi in Trento, the food quality is excellent. Impeccable and fast service.
