This restaurant is a real guarantee when I'm craving Asian cuisine. The dishes are freshly prepared with fresh ingredients, and the quality of the products is evident.
The atmosphere is welcoming and clean, just a little noisy when the place is busy.
I've been there several times, both for lunch and dinner, and the service has always been fast, courteous, and attentive. At lunchtime, they offer a truly affordable menu, with many options to choose from, competitive prices, and generous portions.
I highly recommend it, especially to those looking for quality and a good value!

In our opinion the best ramen in town. Sushi and sashimi are also rather good, as well as few other asian options (Padtai, Bibimbap). The sushi boat is always fun (and tasty) for companies !

A quaint Japanese restaurant in a central location with a welcoming, clean atmosphere.
I've been there for both lunch and dinner and enjoyed a variety of delicacies. For dinner, I chose a vegetable ravioli appetizer and delicious beef ramen, while for lunch I ordered the €13 menu, which included a salad and a variety of sushi options.
Friendly staff and excellent value, highly recommended.

I had lunch at this restaurant for the first time. I'll start by saying that I don't go to this type of restaurant often. I much prefer good Italian cuisine. However, I liked the food I ordered and I recognize the quality of the ingredients used by Viana. The service was punctual and the staff very courteous. With the days still pleasantly warm, you can eat in their outdoor garden, enjoying a pleasant atmosphere. Decent wine list. For those who love this type of cuisine or simply want to experiment, I definitely recommend trying this place. It is located in the historic center of Trento, on a street slightly away from Poazza Italia.
