Very good, the price is in line with the quality it offers, perhaps a little too expensive: that's why I gave it 4 stars. Better than the classic infinity menu but nothing special.

In our opinion the best ramen in town. Sushi and sashimi are also rather good, as well as few other asian options (Padtai, Bibimbap). The sushi boat is always fun (and tasty) for companies !

A quaint Japanese restaurant in a central location with a welcoming, clean atmosphere.
I've been there for both lunch and dinner and enjoyed a variety of delicacies. For dinner, I chose a vegetable ravioli appetizer and delicious beef ramen, while for lunch I ordered the €13 menu, which included a salad and a variety of sushi options.
Friendly staff and excellent value, highly recommended.

I had lunch at this restaurant for the first time. I'll start by saying that I don't go to this type of restaurant often. I much prefer good Italian cuisine. However, I liked the food I ordered and I recognize the quality of the ingredients used by Viana. The service was punctual and the staff very courteous. With the days still pleasantly warm, you can eat in their outdoor garden, enjoying a pleasant atmosphere. Decent wine list. For those who love this type of cuisine or simply want to experiment, I definitely recommend trying this place. It is located in the historic center of Trento, on a street slightly away from Poazza Italia.

I went to Sushi Zen. The restaurant is very nice and cozy. The sushi was delicious and freshly made. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they served us well. The atmosphere was calm and pleasant; it's a great place to relax. I think the price is reasonable for the quality. I'd be happy to come back.

Recommended for a different lunch break, with fast service and a varied and good selection. The interior is very comfortable. I tried the menu with maki, spaghetti, and meat ravioli as an appetizer, and everything was excellent and well-balanced.
