Such a great experience, the chef recommended the lobster taco and the bao along with an assorted chef’s plate… can’t say enough amazing things! Highly recommend:)

An experience not to be missed! Tacos, sushi, bao, all exceptional! If you go to this place once, you already mentally prepare yourself to want to return the next day. The freshness of the products is impressive, the taste satisfies the palate to the fullest, it is difficult to eat sushi like this elsewhere. Well done Damiano, passionate, friendly and impeccable service.

Tacos e sushi F A V O L O S I il miglior sushi che abbia mai mangiato, per palati sopraffini. Accostamento degli ingredienti eccezionale, tutto meravigliosamente fresco e buonissimo. Personale gentilissimo, Damiano top! Quando vai via , pensi già a quanto poterci tornare. CONSIGLIATISSIMO

He finally expanded to allow more people to eat his dishes. The place is comfortable, the staff always friendly and kind. His dishes are good, one of the best in Fiumicino. Highly recommended

31/05/2025: Visitamos Hayashi como nuestra hija es una gran fan del sushi. No nos decepcionaron. La comida y el servicio eran excelentes. Teníamos un plato que se servía en un barco. Nos sorprendió y nos encantaron los sabores. Teníamos saké que era perfecto para acompañar la comida. El personal hablaba inglés y era muy atento. Las zonas de estar eran perfectas y mantenían el viento de la tarde libre. Sin duda recomendaría una visita mientras visito el are.
15/05/2025: I've been here several times and have never left disappointed. The inside is a bit small but there are still enough tables outside. I recommend making a reservation if necessary. The service is friendly and fast and the food is delicious. I highly recommend the truffle uramaki!
