Broadside Sushi Genova, 10 out of 10. The quality of the fish is impeccable: incredibly fresh, flavorful, and top-notch, it literally melts in your mouth. Each uramaki, sashimi, and ravioli is prepared with unparalleled care and skill. Their offerings are innovative and thoughtful, like their specialty dishes (honorable mention for their creative rolls and ramen, also exceptional!), which combine tradition with a touch of ingenious originality. Their delivery is punctual and extremely friendly. I recommend them 100%.

This isn't your average sushi. Every dish is unique, from the presentation to the flavor; it almost feels like a trip to Japan. The atmosphere is welcoming and meticulously crafted. The service is impeccable, and the quality of the products is top-notch. They also have a vast selection of wines. Every time I return to Genoa, it's a regular stop. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves authentic sushi.
