Low quality/price ratio. Good food quality Unsatisfactory standard of cuisine Staff levels not adequate for the level they aim for. Beautiful location. Small portions. Prices are decidedly high compared to the previous points.

Incredible product quality, delicious food, professional staff with contagious and enviable friendliness, over the top location in the center of Genoa, wide selection of wines and drinks. In general, the best fusion cuisine experience in Genoa that you can have, highly recommended even to those who have only heard of sushi and ramen or to those who "don't like it".

We ate Ramen. You can perceive the care and attention they put into their place. Our ramen lacked character, it wasn't tasty.

Ramen and Sushi of a very high standard. Noodles handmade by them. The fish is fresh and the Sushi combinations are not the usual ones that can be found in an "all you can eat". If you really had to find a small flaw: considering that the kitchen is open, you can see when your service is ready. Despite the few occupied tables, the waiter (I don't know why) wandered around and brought us the dishes after 5/10 minutes.

Very good as always, happy with the piece of cake, the only thing you could have put in three pieces since there were three pokes... otherwise everything was excellent
