Broadside Sushi Genova, 10 out of 10. The quality of the fish is impeccable: incredibly fresh, flavorful, and top-notch, it literally melts in your mouth. Each uramaki, sashimi, and ravioli is prepared with unparalleled care and skill. Their offerings are innovative and thoughtful, like their specialty dishes (honorable mention for their creative rolls and ramen, also exceptional!), which combine tradition with a touch of ingenious originality. Their delivery is punctual and extremely friendly. I recommend them 100%.

This isn't your average sushi. Every dish is unique, from the presentation to the flavor; it almost feels like a trip to Japan. The atmosphere is welcoming and meticulously crafted. The service is impeccable, and the quality of the products is top-notch. They also have a vast selection of wines. Every time I return to Genoa, it's a regular stop. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves authentic sushi.

I probably chose the wrong dish...after the shrimp rice, which was good, I ordered the chicken breast skewers with chicken meatballs and spring onions, which turned out to be truly bland...the spring onions were two small, very tough pieces. Definitely not a dish worthy of an elegant restaurant with excellent service.

The best sushi I've ever had, every piece is a masterpiece, the flavor is out of this world. If you come to Genoa, you absolutely have to come to Broadside for a unique dinner. The service is fast, the fish dishes are incredibly fresh, and the place is elegant and makes a statement. Highly recommended 🤩🍣😋

Beautiful venue, well-maintained ambiance, well-spaced tables. Interesting menu options. I recommend skipping the appetizers and ordering a main course, followed by a sampling of nigiri.
