Sushi Concept In Genova

Elegant venue, excellent service and refined dishes. You can feel the quality of the fish. I recommend the sushi pizza, a very very good particular dish.

Excellent fresh and unique sushi, friendly and always present staff. Prices a little high... Every now and then we come to this place which in our opinion makes excellent sushi and ramen, always fresh and top notch! The price is a little high but you can feel the quality of the raw materials... and it's worth it! Lately we have been shocked by the deterioration outside the place where homeless people slept not far away surrounded by rubbish and dirt, not to mention the amount of mice that were also circulating in front of the entrance... a shame because the name of the place is affected, I know very well that it doesn't depend on them but on the municipality.... And I sincerely hope that they can solve the problem by complaining!

Broad Side is, without a doubt, one of the best restaurants in the city, if not the best. The atmosphere is elegant but welcoming, the service impeccable: the staff is attentive, prepared and able to guide you in choosing the dishes. The sushi is simply extraordinary, the only true Japanese sushi you can find in Genoa, made with top quality ingredients and freshly prepared, in front of everyone. The cellar is one of the best stocked in Liguria, with selected labels that enhance each course. The price is high, but absolutely justified by the overall experience, which combines culinary excellence, impeccable service and a refined environment. For those looking for an equally authentic alternative, you can also try ramen on the lower floor, an experience not to be missed (and if you want, you can eat both sushi and ramen in the same evening). A place that never disappoints: for lovers of high-level Japanese cuisine, Broad Side is an obligatory stop.

The food in general is good and the fish feels like it is of high quality. It's a shame that there are many reinterpretations of overly Westernized dishes. The staff is very friendly and the environment is welcoming.

Beautiful location, elegant, with excellent food expertly mixed with Ligurian tradition. The cellar is also excellent: such a wide choice is difficult to find. Very, very good multi-ethnic staff!! Honor to the place!! We were so lucky that a chef originally from Ghana (a very dear friend of ours) offered us dinner! What else?
