Great place for holiday shopping. Very wide range, helpful staff and you can get a Puccia + drink at the bar (which is more of a bistro) for €6, which is an irresistible offer.

Roberto's comment is completely out of place.... Are you normal? Exorbitant prices??!?! Where? You're at the seaside in Salento. The prices are much lower than any market in Bologna. If you come from Egypt and the prices seem high, that's your problem..... A tenner consumed at the bar is charged as if it were bought in the store. The store is stocked with everything you need. If this bar/market was missing, I would give Torre San Giovanni 3 stars. Great. Fresh vegetables, fruit, cold cuts, sandwiches, beers and spirits of all kinds. What more do you want at the seaside???? But look at the price of a beach umbrella sold by them....10 euros. The service is highly considered!!!!!! You feel at home!!!!!!
