Our absolute favorite hotel! In 2021 (post-Covid), we booked a night at this unique property to treat ourselves. We loved it so much, we extended our stay that evening. Everything, every service, every dinner deserves more than 5 stars!

A truly special place, immersed in authentic nature, where every detail reflects Sardinia with elegance and passion. Our stay was extremely pleasant: the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with a unique style that blends tradition, art, and atmosphere. You can clearly sense the love behind every choice, from the furnishings to the common areas, to the splendid shop filled with characteristic products and objects. The food is one of the hotel's true strengths: excellent dishes, prepared with great attention to quality and showcasing local flavors without sacrificing creativity. Even those with special dietary needs will always find tasty and carefully prepared options. The staff is friendly and helpful, contributing to a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast is also excellent, varied and plentiful, with both sweet and savory options. Breakfast overlooking the pool is worth the price of admission. The location is perfect for those who want to experience authentic Sardinia, amidst nature, traditions, and fascinating archaeological sites such as the Nuragic village of Tiscali, which is definitely worth a guided tour. It's a place that manages to combine tranquility, beauty, and culture, truly leaving you wanting to return, perhaps staying a few more days to savor it all.

It's an extraordinary place, where every corner speaks of Sardinia's tradition and authentic soul. An enchanting property, capable of inspiring genuine emotions and unique experiences, nestled in a location of rare beauty, suspended in time. The true added value is undoubtedly the staff, people who deeply love what they do and who welcome guests with great warmth and ease. Massimo, in particular, is an authentic and charismatic presence, capable of making the experience even more special.

We went there to check out the hotel. I was truly impressed by the grounds. It was absolutely amazing to see and discover so many colorful and beautiful things. It was truly fantastic! We had lunch at the hotel, and the food was simply a culinary delight. The quality was outstanding, truly top-notch, and the value for money was excellent. We could have easily eaten more. I find the room prices far too high. That really needs to be changed. That's why we didn't stay overnight. Otherwise, the grounds are truly stunning, and you can take beautiful photos everywhere. You don't have to be a hotel guest to access the grounds. I highly recommend that everyone take a look and enjoy the wonderful cuisine.

Su Gologone is a truly unique and memorable place. The atmosphere is special and the whole experience feels very authentic and carefully curated. The dinners were a real highlight — excellent food and a wonderful setting that made each evening feel special. Our initial room was small and a bit dirty, but after we raised the issue, the staff handled it well and moved us to a suite, which was very nice and much more comfortable. Overall, despite the initial hiccup, it was a fabulous experience and a place we would recommend for something truly different.

A charming place for 30 years. It's become almost too famous worldwide and has lost some of its Sardinian charm.

A truly fairytale place, full of hospitality and friendliness.

I had the opportunity to stay here on a motorcycle trip and it was well worth it. It's in a remote area so don't expect much outside entertainment but there's plenty to do. The views are beautiful, the rooms spacious and comfortable, and the restaurant was a welcome end to a day's riding. The attentive staff were very well versed on the cuisine which featured unique local fare and Nepente di Oliena wine. I found out too late that they had a museum which featured historical highlights, so that's another reason to return. Thank you for a great stay.
