More than positive experience. Excellent restaurant and fabulous gardens

The room was nice and quiet, but I was a bit disappointed despite asking about certain experiences beforehand. There wasn’t much around the hotel, and it seemed that most hiking and outdoor activities were offered by other companies. This was fine, though—likely better than what the hotel provided. The staff was decent, but the seating by the pool was uncomfortable since the chairs couldn't be adjusted. Dinner was acceptable, but paying €17 for a dish of courgette and pecorino with olive oil felt excessive. They also didn’t explain the dishes well or how the menu worked, which gave it a touristy vibe. Breakfast was disappointing. There were too many items, and the pastries all felt stale. There was no option for a hot breakfast, even for an extra charge. The hotel was decent, but the overall experience left much to be desired. It seems they know that their guests have limited options and don't make much effort to justify their prices.

A place with great attention to detail, featuring many themed environments

We had a wonderful stay in Su Gologone. It’s the perfect location to be able to visit the diversity of landscapes and culture Sardinia has to offer, from coast to mountains. The hotel may be big, but it feels like a cozy little village thanks to the many smaller buildings and nooks to discover. À special thanks to the amazing staff, who were always warm and welcoming and looking to solve any issue or respond to any questions we had.

There is no external baggage reception service even during the scheduled room delivery hours. WiFi only works in the main building and surrounding areas. In the room she was very weak and fell constantly. The RAI channels were VERY WEAK AND IMPOSSIBLE TO WATCH. SINCERELY WITH THE STARS AND THE PRICES IT HAS (€400. day half board in a double room) WE WOULD HAVE EXPECTED MUCH MORE. But perhaps we are badly used to it

Beautiful artsy hotel… the staff were super welcoming and friendly… very attentive and helpful to our request .. thank you for the wonderful experience!! The hotel has several areas to explore and you can spend a whole day just wondering around. The rooms are spacious and clean. Thanks to Simona , Gabriella , Valentina at the front desk and to Pina at the restaurant!!

The hotel is definitely kitschy- but wow are the staff wonderful. Cleo made our dining experience so special (food was rustic and incredible, felt like you were in someone’s home). The front desk also made us bag lunches so we could bring them on a hike. We felt like we were visiting and not traveling.
