For three years now, we've been using this hotel to organize an event that hosts several people with disabilities. The two rooms we use (but the hotel, if I'm not mistaken, has six), based on the understanding that everyone has different needs, are truly designed for wheelchair users. The spaces are spacious and allow for comfortable, unobstructed movement. These features make for a safe and comfortable stay. The common areas are also easily accessible. The staff was extremely helpful, always ready to help with kindness and respect. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming and inclusive facility: here, accessibility for people with mobility disabilities is not a minor detail, but a priority.

Excellent hotel in a strategic location for those visiting Salento. Ample parking. The reception staff were very friendly and professional. We booked a suite, which was spacious and very clean. Impeccable daily housekeeping and a varied and plentiful breakfast. An excellent base for those wanting to explore Lecce and the surrounding area.

The hotel was meticulously maintained, especially the breakfast. The rooms, with private bathrooms and showers, were clean and equipped with every comfort. TV, Wi-Fi, safe, refrigerator, and air conditioning (though it was a bit cold) were also provided. The reception and breakfast room staff were extremely friendly.
