We stumbled upon this wonderful shop today while visiting Bracciano. As tourists, we were given excellent information in English about all the different types of pasta and tips on which type of pasta is best for each dish. We also picked up some lemon jam. We made the pasta that evening, which was a perfect value for money, and it was absolutely delicious!
