Excellent food experience and very interesting flavours, varied menu with excellent choice of wines and also cocktails. The girls in the room were very kind, just the place was a little cramped but that's okay..!

Noodle bar which offers an intimate and comfortable environment (in fact it offers around six tables, in addition to the seats around the counter), in perfect oriental appeal. Precisely due to the limited number of places, it is always advisable to book, even if it is usually not crowded at lunch. Balanced variety of menu choices, with the right and affordable quality/price, also considering the Combo Lunch option. Tried it for lunch and we had a great time (me, my sister and my mother), we tasted different dishes and one was better than the other. Also worth trying for dinner.

I ordered a portion of noodles and one of vegan bao, the latter, unfortunately, did not have all the ingredients written on the menu, but inside they only had mushrooms, songino and the sauce, very disappointed with this. As for the noodles, however, they were excellent

The place is intimate and well kept, a little small so it is advisable to book. The food is excellent, the choice wide and varied but above all particular. The portions could be a bit larger, it can be filling or not filling. The price is quite high and the service is friendly and prepared

“Open-mindedness is not a skull fracture” 🤪 How many prejudices do we have towards everything that is unknown to us? And how many clichés have you heard about people, situations, food...? I could start a long discussion starting from the classic social and racial prejudices and the resulting clichés. Sometimes it's so hard to open other people's minds and let in a glimmer of modernity. There is the title of a book, by Samuele Roccatello, which I have always liked a lot and I find it specifically ad hoc for all this and for my post, in which I obviously talk about food! 😊 “Open-mindedness is not a fracture of the skull” precisely because we must not remain silent in the face of the prejudices and injustices that sadly permeate our society today. Now if I were a person with high levels of prejudice, my innate curiosity would be extinguished and I would never dream of going to eat in a starred restaurant because they offer "mini portions" and I would never go to eat in a restaurant that has a culture cuisine clearly different from mine. And yet I don't like to stop at appearances. I want to discover, know, savor...then I draw my very humble considerations and opinions. Staj Noodle bar: in Chiaia: 10/10 Courtesy, extreme kindness, excellent ingredients, an excellent Caprettone del Vesuvio combined with our succulent dishes, rich in flavours, aromas, perfumes, degrees of spiciness that are never overwhelming but enveloping. High prices, but quality must be paid for.. Always!

High quality food. The staff was very kind, even for advice on what to drink or taste. A place I will definitely return to every time I want ramen and to spend some time in a place with a Japanese atmosphere. Super recommended!!!

Went for both dinner and lunch, exceptional food and choice of drinks, intimate but engaging atmosphere and service that makes you feel welcome from start to finish. The staff was very helpful for every need. Environment that makes you feel like you are in Japan but not the stereotypical one. Excellent taste also for the background music choices which perfectly accompanies (as I have already mentioned before) spectacular food.
