Pork and cabbage dumplings...9 out of 10. Dumplings comparable to Japan. Miso Ramen... 7 out of 10. Good ramen, broth could use a bit more depth/umami. But... ut definitely is delicious enough to come back.

A welcoming atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, and quality food: the experience at Staj Noodle Bar is truly pleasant and satisfying. One note: the portions are small for the price (obviously justified by the quality of the product). A little more rice, for example, wouldn't hurt. 😄

The portions are generous, and the value is excellent—really hard to find. The atmosphere is well-kept, clean, and very welcoming, perfect for both a dinner with friends and a special evening.
