It's a place where you can share a chat in good company. Excellent place in the centre of Vomero. It has a wide range of products on the menu, both hot and cold. Good prices. A little above average. The staff is friendly but could be trained a little better.

A great place to take a break... the kindness and professionalism of Valentina, Teresa, and Gioia, along with other longtime staff, makes the stop even more enjoyable... newcomers still have a lot to learn... beyond the trays to carry.

In the heart of Vomero, very characteristic. Great food, Great variety. Many vegetarian dishes. The hamburgers are very reminiscent of real meat. Remarkable selection of desserts of all kinds. Absolutely recommended.

Ci siamo trovati per caso un sabato sera, i ragazzi ci hanno subito accolto e nonostante la confusione ci hanno fatto accomodare in neanche 5 minuti. Servizio top e anche il cibo molto buono con una vasta scelta nel menù anche per vegani. Un particolare complimento per Valentina, Teresa e Ronnie che sono stati carinissimi nel servizio facendoci sentire a nostro agio in ogni momento della cena. Sicuramente torneremo.

Sono circa più di anni che frequento Stairs mettendolo sempre al primo posto quando ho bisogno di una pausa caffè o spuntino e man mano l’ho fatto conoscere a tutti i miei amici. Il personale è gentilissimo e in quella zona è l’unico bar / bistrot italoamericano a prezzi non esageratamente alti ma con qualità sempre eccellente, non a caso (e purtroppo) è sempre pieno, ma nonostante ciò non abbiamo mai atteso più di 20 minuti. Always i miei preferiti

17/05/2025: Assolutamente informale e di una bontà straordinaria. Il coniglio lo mangio solo in questo ristorante il cui sugo abbraccia i bucatini, un gran connubio di autentici sapori Il locale è molto rustico ed è proprio sul mare dove lo sciabordio è un sottofondo musicale accattivante.
15/05/2025: Ottima cucina con i veri sapori dell’isola e della cucina originale senza influenze esterne. Si mangia sul pescato fresco con i piatti tipici isolani. Locale alla mano a conduzione familiare pieno di sorrisi e cibo impossibile da avanzare. Buonissimo, consigliatissimo. Poi è a palafitta sul mare …. ♥️

24/08/2025: I absolutely loved doing work in the lobby. The concierge and bartenders were so sweet and helpful, kindest humans I met in Italy!
21/08/2025: We stayed here in August for a week. The hotel has an amazing location close to everything you need. The hotel is very clean, beds made fresh each day and sheets and towels changed daily. The staff were brilliant. I have to mention Assumpta in the skybar who makes the best ice coffee in Sorrento. Carlo in the foyet bar was a fabulous host for drinks in the evening but all staff were great. The pool while small is adequate with fantastic views of Vesuvius. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.
