The new bistro-style opening has quickly become one of my favorite places. The place is small, warm, and intimate, located in a historic building that makes it even more charming. The menu features fresh, seasonal products, all baked with a base. You leave with a smile, confident you've eaten well and authentically: at that point, the bill becomes secondary. See you soon! G. Figli di Staglio. As a longtime customer, I can say that this new bistro-style opening is yet another successful venture. The baked goods remain the same high quality as always, and now the dishes offered are just as good. If you want to spend a relaxing evening in the beautiful setting of Galatina, and enjoy good food with a smile, this is the place to be.

We were here for the opening of Staglip Bistrot. The baked goods were very good, and the toasted panettone with custard was amazing! The service was a bit distracted, perhaps due to the opening. Ginseng needs to be revisited! The place is a bit small.

Good foundations, but there's a lot to do. Lured by the good marketing, we traveled over 30km to get to this place. Everything was average, nothing exceptional. So much more could be done! I'll be back next year.

We were in Galatina for the Notte delle Ronde (night of the patrols) and were looking for a quick bite to eat. From the counter, we could see truly inviting pizzas and focaccias, beautifully airy, crispy, and richly topped. We chose a piece of traditional focaccia and one with provola and zucchini: both excellent, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and made with quality ingredients. Prices are slightly higher than average, but absolutely justified by the quality of the product. Nice place, friendly staff: definitely recommended.

Exceptional products and superlative quality, all at absolutely average prices. We tried the breakfast pastries, rustici, and focaccia. Honorable mentions for the focaccia with peppers and sausage and the amazing pain suisse.

As a tourist, the food was excellent, especially the Margherita and the focaccia barese. The interior is very modern and charming. Highly recommended!

You can smell it from the street... Pastries, bread, pizza, wine... everything made by them, very good and at very reasonable prices
