A hotel that enters your heart. A family that becomes yours. A place you would like to be your home. My partner and I went there for the first time in 2021, which was love at first sight, and a second time, 15 days ago. Always everything perfect. Elena and Mirko are impeccable, helpful and friendly enough to make you never feel like just a customer but a real friend in their home. Elena's direction can be seen in every corner of the structure, her "signature" is everywhere, her extreme precision and attention to detail make the environments magical, from the relaxation room to the bar, from the restaurant room to the spa. Look around, nothing is placed randomly! The rooms are all beautiful and welcoming, the breakfasts are among the best ever found in hotels, the catering is a discovery every evening, the staff are young, incredibly polite and always ready to joke! In short, a piece of our heart always remains there in Pozza with them, waiting for the next holiday! See you soon, Denise and Marco

Excellent, very friendly owners, spa and beauty center with Giulia top

The hotel is wonderful, clean and there is great attention to detail. Breakfast is a buffet, there are 4 types of honey, jams, 11 cakes, croissants, biscuits, yogurt, fresh fruit and vegetables for smoothies, 20 types of herbal teas in sachets and fresh flowers. For those who prefer savory eggs, cheeses, cured meats and various types of bread, all top quality. At dinner there is 1 surprise starter, 1 other starter, a buffet of cooked and raw vegetables and various delicacies. A choice between 3 first courses, 3 second courses and 2 desserts, there are various vegan and light courses, all delicious. The hotel has a wellness center and a location a few meters from the slopes. Excellent value for money. If you want a pampering and a special holiday, I recommend it

A family, lovingly run hotel. Top location. We come here every year and can recommend the hotel to everyone. From reception to departure, all expectations were always exceeded. Dolomites 2024 holiday for the first time in this structure. Truly a magnificent surprise, a splendid family business with excellent cuisine, cleanliness and all the services available to the customer. We were pampered to the max. I stayed in this hotel from 15th to 20th September, what can I say, everything was perfect, the room was very clean, the meals were plentiful and excellent and the Spa was simply fantastic, Giulia the girl who gives the massages is very good, very kind and very welcoming.

Beautiful holiday between July and August. Room well looked after and very clean. Swimming pool, relaxation area and spa very well maintained and well scented with very pleasant aromas. Kindness and co-aethesia distinguish the staff in the dining room and at the reception. Breakfast and dinner were super plentiful and both very good. Last, but not least, the presence of the pizzeria which allows you to alternate the classic dinners with pizza, which is very very very good. Well done. Keep it up!!!

I went to this place for the second consecutive year because I had a very good time the year before. Unfortunately this year I have to say that it didn't go as well. The first problem was the lack of staff; when we arrived there was only one waitress who, although very kind, unfortunately couldn't manage the entire room on her own. In fact, the times were quite long; at the end of dinner other people arrived but by then we were finished. The biggest problem, however, was the excessive heat; the room where you eat is positioned low down without the presence of windows and the air conditioning, if it was on, was unable to cool. As for the dishes, the pizzas were good but I don't understand why I have to pay €. 4.2 for a 75 cl bottle of water when I could simply drink tap water, being in the mountains. I would give the customer the opportunity to choose which water to order. The place is still very nice but I would improve the service and the water issue.

Excellent hotel with spa, swimming pool and hydromassage. Excellent and plentiful food. The owners Mirko and his wife are super friendly and helpful. Attentive and friendly dining room, reception, spa, bar and room cleaning staff. Excellent starting point for various excursions. Highly recommended
