Good quality, the only flaw is that there isn't much choice at lunch. The evening menu is larger and more expensive. My favorite rice dumplings are no longer available, except for takeaway :(

Excellent dishes, everything very digestible, you just have to pay attention to the sequence of orders otherwise you'll find everything on the table and you won't understand anything anymore! So order, eat, reorder eat and so on. Will I go back? Definitely yes. Added tablets for bookings, everything much faster and more precise!

Courtesy is the most appreciated dish. Years pass, but the owner has maintained the same kindness and education, as well as an unexpected patience, of the first days of opening years ago. The quality of the sushi remained excellent or in any case higher than the proposed price. The location is a perfect fusion between our traditions (barrel vaults with solid bricks and stone) and Asian minimalism, no contrast, I would rather say a tasty handshake. I will definitely be back very soon.

19/01/2025: An unexpected surprise this Japanese restaurant. We were amazed by the quality of the dishes and the breadth of the menu. The interiors are carefully furnished and the environment is welcoming. We will return to Lavagna for the Japanese restaurant... Recommended.

01/01/2024: Sono andato a cena con la mia famiglia , appena siamo arrivati, la cameriera ci ha accolto con gentilezza e con un sorriso. Dettaglio importante per me. La cucina era eccezionale e quindi a mio parere un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. :) Anche il sushi era molto buono. Non me l’aspettavo poiché pensavo facessero solo cucina mediterranea. Consigliato
