Really nice place, but accessibility was a bit poor, there was no parking but luckily when we arrived we parked right in front, the place is really enriched with paintings, guitars and coat hangers, I give 5 stars only because in the bathroom there is a mirror that can be adjusted😂

Coming back to Soralba in Galatina is always a joy, and every time I have the chance I don't miss it! This place is a real guarantee, especially for the speed of service that never disappoints: even when the place is full, they always manage to get your sandwich to you in the blink of an eye. But let's talk about the sandwiches: the quality of the ingredients is excellent and you can taste it in every bite. My absolute favorite is the Zanzara. The combination of cooked ham, cheese, sautéed mushrooms, tomato, mayonnaise and chilli pepper is simply perfect, a balance of flavours that is addictive! I can't fail to mention the Pancione, with its stewed bacon, cheese, sautéed mushrooms, tomato and mayonnaise: an explosion of flavour that conquers you at the first taste. Soralba is a must-see for me, a place where the goodness of the sandwiches and the efficiency of the service make every visit a five-star experience!
