10/09/2025: Fantastic! We ate wonderfully and felt right at home thanks to the staff's informal yet perfectly friendly service. I tried a truly excellent steak tart, as well as the paccheri and dessert, a warm-hearted chocolate cake with gelato. I highly recommend it. The tiramisu was also excellent, which I love with dry biscuits.
07/09/2025: Spectacular trattoria. One of the few with a visible grill, professional, fast, and courteous staff. The Florentine steak is excellent (even Gioia, my friend Luigino's dog, a true connoisseur, appreciates the bone), and the house Malbec is very good to pair. Trio of cheeses with mustard...at my request (immediately granted by the kind and knowledgeable Antonio)...accompanied by a good Vermentino...The hot chocolate dessert is excellent...paired with a glass of excellent Recioto. (The house panna cotta with berries is also good, and the pairing with the Fregona DOCG...unmissable...I ordered it last time).
Interesting appetizers, such as tagliata, but the first courses are certainly worth it too. I've finally found a place that meets my needs: quality, professionalism, and a warm atmosphere, amidst rustic furnishings and priceless aromas. Reasonable price. A wellness experience for the senses, not only for the senses, but also for the senses. I've gnawed on the bone... It's impossible to resist, faced with such excellence... etiquette gives way to primal appreciation. IMPOSSIBLE, also thanks to this experience, to entertain the mere idea or vague intention of becoming vegan or teetotal.
