Yet another great dinner here at Shi’s Trento. Very comfortable environment; welcoming, kind and efficient staff from the moment you enter throughout the rest of the dinner. Very good quality of fish, considering the All you can eat formula. Price fairly related to the quality, so I highly recommend trying it!

Food nothing special, nice atmosphere.. Michela (the waitress with blue hair) was super kind, super professional and above all friendly when there were problems. I would go back just for her

I am modifying the review, having returned several other times, leaving everything unchanged, despite the obvious problems of the place, to compliment the waitress Michela for how she was able to handle every unexpected event and request last night, always with a smile, with great professionalism, always without ever losing her composure.

03/06/2025: A sure thing among Japanese restaurants in Trento! It has been around for many years and is still valid.
28/05/2025: A good restaurant, with courteous and kind staff. Sober but pleasant atmosphere. The sushi is very good, as are most of the other dishes. I am a fairly regular customer. Recommended.
