Worth trying, beyond expectations.
I found out about this place by pure chance, as a sushi lover I have tried many of all types, levels and qualities. Shinsei exceeds expectations in terms of quality of the raw material and ability to process it, the family management and the passion they put into it is transmitted in their dishes. Became a regular customer, well done!
Very nice staff and very tasty sushi. Ramen wasn't as expected, as there was a lot more noodles than soup, but it was still very tasty. There were only a few seats overall, but there was even a baby chair👍
My experience at Shinsei Sushi was great! They had fresh fish that wasn't 5 stars but 10. Recommended place. The next time I return to Riccione I will go to eat there.
