The service was adequate, although the language barrier can sometimes lead to less pleasant perceptions of behavior. The real hot chocolate was excellent. The freshly squeezed orange juice was much appreciated. The gianduja chocolate profiteroles for breakfast were fantastic—not too rich or too sweet. Even though I'm not a big pastry fan, I was very pleasantly surprised.

Pastry excellence. Refined coffee in a beautiful location: a corner of the Palazzo Ducale, with an outdoor terrace overlooking Piazza Matteotti. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, reasonable prices.

11/10/2025: In a company, especially a large one like Ikea, the difference is made by people. We were fortunate to find Ms. Annalisa in the wardrobe department in Genoa. She was helpful, kind, and above all knowledgeable. She assisted and advised us quickly and expertly, giving us targeted and comprehensive advice for our needs. We need more people like her. 04/10/2025: My Ikea tour was always pleasant today, October 4th '25, except for the decidedly "fat" cashier in the dining area who was rude to everyone, maybe she needs a holiday 🥴

28/10/2025: the best focaccia in portofino in my opinion! cheap, delicious and served by friendly staff, there was even a little seating area outside upon which to devour it! no pictures, too delicious to wait!
30/09/2025: Bakery in the center of Portofino, compared to the past, today there are two sales assistants offering sweets and traditional focaccia. I bought two pieces of cheese focaccia for €5 each and two pieces of regular focaccia, totaling €13. Prices are above average, but then again, it's Portofino.
