Amazing Hospitality, Authentic Ingredients, and Insights into Vedic Health Practices at Shakahari Lab!
We had the pleasure of visiting Shakahari Lab in Bellano during our trip, and it was such a memorable experience! Naila, the lovely owner, has truly embraced Indian culture and offers an impressive selection of high-quality ingredients. We were craving some simple Indian food during our extended Europe trip, and her store had everything we needed to cook a meal at our Airbnb.
Naila not only welcomed us with homemade chai and biscuits but also shared her deep knowledge of Vedic health practices. She took the time to explain how to better consume certain foods and ingredients to benefit our health—a wonderful and thoughtful touch! Her passion for holistic wellness and understanding of these ancient practices really added to the experience.
Beyond this, she gave us great recommendations for local places to visit and restaurants. Her warmth and hospitality made us feel at home, and her knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture is remarkable (she even speaks Hindi!).

A delicious ice cream, authentic flavor, you can feel that it is artisanal and made with natural ingredients. The rose flavor is excellent, the pistachio gives the sensation of eating the freshly shelled fruit.
I highly recommend it, especially if you want to have a tasty stop after visiting the gorges of the ravine; there is a delicious cart.
