I often come to this place and I never regret it! It's not the usual All you can eat, the formula they adopt seems limiting, but trust me unless you eat 12 plates of nigiri, you'll never get to the end of the 3rd round! always looking for new compositions and combinations with a small supplement and asking the waiter for advice, you can enjoy dishes that you won't find in other sushi. Very nice location, young staff is very friendly. Be wary of anyone who advises you against this place or is in bad faith or doesn't know what a fresh, quality product is!

Balanced sushi, always looking to improve and/or enrich the dishes. A remarkable wine list that is also updated often. In short, a wide choice of food and a wide choice of wine make a dinner or lunch very pleasant! Even for gin lovers, they have the solution: 100/120 bottles of gin! With raw dishes, sashimi, tartare etc... an excellent gin and tonic to accompany!

I came for dinner with my boyfriend, I really appreciate the well-kept and welcoming place, the quality food and the always helpful and very friendly staff... a compliment to the waitress Giulia who served us all evening!!

Option to eat “A la carte” or “all-you-can-eat” We had the “all-you-can-eat” option and this meant that you had 3 rounds in total and you could choose 4 dishes per person per round. Always a pleasure to come and eat at Shabu. When it comes to sushi it is the only option to consider not only for the fact that you eat well but also for the well-organized service. In particular we were looked after by the very nice Kate.

Refined and welcoming environment, Friendly and helpful staff. For lunch, as a couple, we really appreciated the particular dishes in which the flavors of Italian traditions perfectly combine the Japanese ones. An extensive list of fine wines, selection of gins and cocktails . BAO...fried, delicious. I tried: BAOPOLLO - Bao with chicken, teriyaki sauce, caramelized onion and sesame BAO Amberjack - Bao with diced amberjack, burrata, jalapenos, yuzumiso sauce and avocado, The rolls are also very good. I tried: Carbonara rolls - black rice, soy crepes and potato julienne inside. External: bacon, eggs, pecorino, Japanese mayo and teriyaki sauce BLACK NDUJA - black rice, pulled pork, bulldog sauce inside; nduja, kataifi pasta and external teriyaki sauce. I chose 2 CUBE: CUBE SAUSAGE - Black rice, sausage, Philadelphia, jalapeno sauce and sweet and sour sauce with ponzu and kataifi pasta CUBE CANTABRIC - Fried white rice, burrata and Cantabrian anchovy. The PINK ROLL is very aesthetically beautiful (and excellent). The seared tuna tataki on a crunch bed is also excellent. for the SASHIMI I opted for: PINK Amberjack - Amberjack sashimi in ponzu sauce and jalapenos. Tabasco Tuna, with green tabasco. For TARTARE I chose: TARTARE SPECIAL SALMON - salmon tartare on a bed of avocado, flaked almonds TARTARE SPECIAL TUNA - tuna tartare on buffalo stracciatella and chopped pistachios TARTARE RICCIOLA - amberjack tartare served on a bed of mango. Last but not least, I wanted to delight myself with the pistachio and raspberry single portion, accompanied by the Tiramisú martini cocktail! Everything excellent.

Premesso che siamo clienti del ristorante da anni. Questa é la prima esperienza da insufficienza: porzioni ridotte (o dimezzate nel caso dei gunkan) e prezzi in ascesa. Se dovete mangiare qui, recatevi nel locale e non fate asporto perché non ne vale la pena
