25/10/2025: Management has probably changed, but we finally ate very well compared to the previous management, and above all, I appreciated the kindness and politeness of the manager, which is abysmal compared to the previous management, not least that of the chef. Let's start by saying that dogs are welcome, obviously without disturbing the other tables. My Akuma was welcomed with a bowl of water and then even ate outside. We ordered a good red wine and tonnarelli with asparagus, porcini mushrooms, and truffle, which I found truly excellent. At least something new compared to the same old story from the previous management... ricotta and spinach ravioli... be careful with the salt in these, a bit too much... one thing alla vaccinara was spectacular, the sauce was wonderful and the chicory. We are not big eaters when it comes to quantity, but we are demanding in the quality that we found here. Prices are normal, in line with what you eat. Finally, the tablecloth at the table, which has become non-existent by now. Excellent, we will definitely be back.
